So I was a private investigator (I think, there really wasn’t any title) and my coworker was Idris Elba??????? And we were investigating this old timey asylum (like Shutter Island), specifically the children’s wing, because it was creepy as hell and idk why else. But we had a special interest in a little girl they kept in the very very back of the underground floor, who was psychic, and she had this weird like circus psychic makeup and a third eye painted onto her head. And then there was a little boy who was a struggle, I think he was part monkey? And a little girl they kept in a flooded pit for some reason, almost like an abandoned pool, and she wore rain boots all the time because the floor was wet (like a good three inches of dirty water). And then me and Idris took down the asylum and the kids got rehoused, and the psychic girl stayed with us. And then like a year later we were walking around the city all three of us and it becomes apparent it’s like the 20’s, we come across this well-known lounge singer (his name is like Mike Davis or something) and we buy tickets at the door and the ticket seller keeps trying to sell us nicer seats and the tickets are green instead of yellow but we’re not having it, and he goes “I’ve seen you before, I know you want a nicer seat.” And I’m like grossed out and refuse and we go in, and it’s the place I had had another dream about seeing the same lounge singer guy but with memere like weeks ago and the whole time during that dream all I could think about was how much my butt hurt, and I remembered this as an event that had happened but I was aware it wasn’t in this universe. And we sit down and we watch the show and afterwords we stay after the show and the woman who like ran the show (like lights and stuff) comes out and she’s got two kids with her, and it’s the other two kids from the asylum! And then that’s where it ends I woke up
